Firearms and FFL-Regulated Items

All firearms and regulated items must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer.

  • Customers are required to select a licensed FFL dealer during checkout.
  • Orders will only be shipped to the selected FFL dealer.
  • The customer must complete all required background checks and paperwork with the chosen FFL before taking possession.
  • Any transfer fees, background check fees, or additional charges required by the selected FFL dealer are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Lucky’s Guns will not ship firearms directly to a customer’s residence under any circumstances.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their selected FFL dealer is valid and willing to accept the transfer.

Non-FFL Items

Items that are not regulated (such as accessories, optics, gear, and certain ammunition where legally permitted) will be shipped directly to the customer’s provided shipping address.

Customers are responsible for knowing and complying with all local and state laws regarding restricted items.

Shipping Restrictions

Lucky’s Guns does not ship to the following states due to regulatory complexity and evolving legal requirements:

  • Illinois
  • Virginia (if applicable laws are enacted)

We reserve the right to update or modify shipping restrictions at any time based on changes in federal, state, or local laws.
